Return Policy

Because all of our items are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or change-of-mind.

However, if your item arrives damaged or there's an error in the order (such as a misprint or incorrect item), please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll be happy to make it right.

To request a replacement or refund for a defective item, email us at pitatolover@gmail.com and include:

- Your order number

- A clear photo of the item and issue

- A brief description of the problem

We'll review your request and get back to you as soon as possible.
